TWD: Irish Soda Bread

I finally decided to join the Tuesday's with Dorie group and find it amazing to see how many different options there are for one recipe.

There's something wrong with me and bread. I just don't seem to get it right! This time it ended up a little bit raw (I think I was to anxious to see how it looked like and cut it really hot).

I love seeds, so I decided to use up some of the ones I bought in London like poppy seeds or sunflower seeds. The outside looks good doesn't it? At least I find it quite nice! On the other hand there is the inside of the bread...

As you can see, a bit raw, but toasted with a litlle jam and butter tastes delicious. I will try making it again to find where I always mess up. You will find the recipe in the Irish Soda Bread hosts site: my coulinary mission and Chocolate Moosey.

Enjoy!
