Definitely Mireia Badia from the blog Baking in Spain  has made mi an addict to baking challenges. How we met was such a coincidence because we have a lot of things in common and went to class together for about six months. It wasn't until a friend in common talked to her about me, and she wrote in my blog that we could talk about it! Such a small world!

Well thanks to her obsesion with baking, I'm learning more than ever, thats why I wanted her to read how much I apreciate it, specially because she is so good at what she does that she makes me try even harder. Thak you! For that and for the Versatile Blog Award chich she describes as: "a big hug from someone that reads and even likes your blog".

1. I'm 21 years old and live in Madrid

2. My favorite food after desserts is Mexican food

3. I have what they call PASION for food, everything that has to do with food, specially when it comes to trying restaurants and burning my kitchen down in the attempt of learning more about cooking.

4. I have a small family but they are great, and though it sometimes doesn't look like it I adore each one of them.

5. I love travelling, I want to travel the world learning gastronomic curiosities.

6. I want to learn everything that has to do with food allergies.

7. My only thought when I cook is to share happiness, for those who don't know it yet, it's my way of sweetening the world around me.

Definitivamente Mireia Badia de Baking in Spain ha logrado hacerme adicta a pequeños retos de cocina. Coincidencias de la vida, tenemos unos gustos tremendamente parecidos y hemos pasado medio curso en la misma clase de francés, pero ¡hasta que una amiga en común no le comentó sobre mi existencia y ella se puso en contacto conmigo no lo sabíamos!

Bueno pues gracias a su obsesión con la repostería, yo estoy aprendiendo muchísimo, por eso quería que leyese lo mucho que se lo agradezco, sobre todo porque es tan buena en lo que hace que me anima a seguir mejorando yo: ¡Gracias! Por eso y por la nominación al Versatile Blogger Award que como dice ella: "es como un gran abrazo de alguien que lee y a quien incluso le gusta tu blog".

7 cosas sobre mi....

1. Tengo 21 años y soy de Madrid.

2. Mi comida favorita después de los dulces es la comida Mexicana.

3. Tengo lo que se llama PASIÓN por la comida, por todo lo que tiene que ver con comida, sobretodo en cuanto a probar restaurantes y a tratar de destruir mi cocina en el intento de aprender a cocinar.

4. Tengo una familia pequeña pero genial, que aunque no lo parezca siempre es lo que más me importa.

5. Adoro viajar y mi sueño es viajar por el mundo descubriendo curiosidades gastronómicas.

6. Quiero aprender todo lo que existe acerca de las intolerancias alimentarias.

7. Cuando cocino en lo único que pienso es en repartir felicidad, para los que no lo sepan ya, es mi manera de endulzar un poco el mundo a mi alrededor.
